General Responsibilities The Account Executive – New Business Development is responsible for building and growing ORI’s presence in the Bowling Green region, with a focus on corporate and healthcare clients. This role is highly relational and consultative, combining business development strategy with deep industry knowledge. The ideal candidate is a proactive networker, a solution-oriented thinker, and a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development within corporate and healthcare sectors
  • Develop partnerships with key influencers, including commercial real estate professionals
  • Represent ORI in the local business community through networking and events
  • Collaborate with ORI’s design team to recommend solutions that meet client needs and support business objectives
  • Stay current on workplace trends, products, and services through continuous learning and development
  • Use ORI’s CRM platform for opportunity tracking, forecasting, and strategic planning
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
