General Responsibilities The Account Executive – New Business Development is responsible for building and growing ORI’s presence in the Bowling Green region, with a focus on corporate and healthcare clients. This role is highly relational and consultative, combining business development strategy with deep industry knowledge. The ideal candidate is a proactive networker, a solution-oriented thinker, and a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues.Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development within corporate and healthcare sectors
- Develop partnerships with key influencers, including commercial real estate professionals
- Represent ORI in the local business community through networking and events
- Collaborate with ORI’s design team to recommend solutions that meet client needs and support business objectives
- Stay current on workplace trends, products, and services through continuous learning and development
- Use ORI’s CRM platform for opportunity tracking, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent internal and external communication abilities
- Ability to address issues constructively and work toward KPI progress
- Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients and key industry influencers
- Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering results
- Active participation in the local community and professional leadership networks
- Ability to differentiate ORI and win business from competitors
