  • Compile, sort, and verify data for completeness and accuracy prior to entry.
  • Compare entered data to source documents to identify discrepancies.
  • Correct data entry errors or elevate issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain logs of activities, completed work, and documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and organized recordkeeping.
  • Learn and become proficient in the organization’s AI toolkit through provided training and independent research.
  • Select and execute projects from a list of innovation opportunities.
  • Research use cases and apply AI tools to improve processes or solve business challenges.
  • Develop and test user-friendly solutions using existing AI platforms.
  • Document workflows and provide clear usage instructions.
  • Train and support employees in adopting newly developed AI tools.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong documentation and project management skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to accurately record and manage data.
  • Willingness to complete a speed and accuracy data entry test (if required).
  • Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies (experience is a plus but not required).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently learn and apply new tools using existing training materials.
