We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our thriving team in the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will manage and improve sales operations within a specific region, develop sales strategies and targets, and build a high-performance sales team. You will understand our product offerings and the needs of our customers, drive significant growth, and establish strategic relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the sales team stays informed.
  • Provide innovative feedback and recommendations to executive management.
  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role in manufacturing.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Understanding of store operations and experience in material handling.
  • Strong prospecting skills with a track record of successful territory management.
  • Experience in direct manufacturing sales.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
