Translate enterprise strategy into prioritized IA Advisory initiatives aligned to business goals and measurable value creation. Proactively identify and pursue advisory opportunities that improve decision-making, enhance controls, and reduce enterprise risk exposure. Evaluate risks and implications beyond individual projects, considering enterprise-wide and program-level impacts.

Deconstruct complex business challenges to identify root causes and develop practical, scalable solutions.

Executive Enablement & Operating Cadence

Support senior leadership in managing a dynamic portfolio of priorities by establishing structure, tracking progress, and driving accountability. Synthesize inputs across initiatives to provide clear, actionable insights that enhance decision-making. Identify interdependencies, risks, and trade-offs across initiatives; elevate issues and recommend actions. Facilitate alignment across stakeholders to ensure priorities are clearly defined, resourced, and executed. Standardize how initiatives are planned, tracked, and communicated to improve execution effectiveness and transparency.

Enterprise

Risk & Business Integration

Align IA Advisory engagements to strategic business objectives, ensuring risk management enables performance. Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other functions to ensure adherence to regulatory and policy expectations. Develop forward-looking perspectives on enterprise risk, connecting insights from engagements to broader organizational implications. Leverage data, analytics, and experimentation to improve decision quality and risk visibility.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Identify development opportunities and stretch assignments to enhance team capability and engagement. Dynamically align team resources with evolving priorities and business demands. Guide teams through ambiguity and change while maintaining focus on outcomes and delivery excellence. Remove barriers to execution and create an environment where teams can succeed.

Stakeholder

Influence & Communication

Serve as a credible subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior leaders and business partners. Build and sustain strong cross-functional relationships to advance IA Advisory and enterprise goals. Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and board-level stakeholders. Act as an ambassador for IA Advisory, clearly articulating its strategic value and business impact.

Lead budgeting and resource planning, ensuring allocation aligns with enterprise priorities and risk profile.
