Infrastructure Coordinator, Pennyrile Area; KY) Development District; PeADD

The Pennyrile Area Development District (PeADD) has an opportunity for an Infrastructure Coordinator in our Community & Economic Development department. • Assist water and water utilities in the Pennyrile area with planning, project development, and administrative activities.
• Act as facilitator of the Pennyrile Area Water Management Council.
• Meet with local officials to facilitate the development, expansion, improvement and /or upgrading of water/wastewater treatment, storage, and distribution/collection systems.
• Assist in administration of grants and loans awarded to water and wastewater providers in the PADD region.
• Provide management and technical assistance to utility commissions and districts in the area of long-range planning, project development, system management, record keeping and other areas.
• Responsible for some GPS data acquisition and GIS data sharing/organization

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, GIS, Public Administration or related field.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills are a must
• Handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously.
