Renewyx have partnered with a growing general contractor delivering commercial groudn and renovation projects across Northeast Ohio to bring on an Estimator. The business has a strong pipeline of work and is looking for someone who can bring precision and structure to how projects get priced and won.
The role- You will prepare takeoffs, cost estimates and bid packages across the project lifecycle, working closely with preconstruction and operations to ensure bids are competitive and commercially sound.
- Demonstrated estimating experience within commercial or industrial construction
- Proficiency with estimating and takeoff software
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bids concurrently
- Experience with design-build or general contracting delivery models
- Established relationships with regional subcontractors
- Hybrid working, based in Cleveland, OH
- A defined path toward senior estimating leadership
