We’re partnering with one of the nation’s leading concrete subcontractors, with a major pipeline of data center projects ahead. They’re looking to add a Project Manager / Estimator to their team in Columbus, with both local and traveling opportunities available.

This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of project management, estimating, and commercial operations. You’ll work directly alongside the Project Lead and take ownership across the project lifecycle, including:

• Project submittals and documentation
• Monthly financial reviews and project cost control
• Contracts and subcontract issuance
• Project scheduling and coordination
• Pricing and negotiating change orders
• Working closely with the Project Lead to keep projects moving and profitable

$110K–$150K base, depending on experience and travel requirements.

Columbus, OH – local and traveling positions available

Data center experience is desirable, but NOT essential. If you’ve successfully coordinated large-scale industrial projects such as warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, or similar, your experience could transfer extremely well.
