Position: Dutch Speaking Customer Support for Home Entertainment Systems Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Home Entertainment Systems Department! In this vital Junior position role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with queries related to their home entertainment systems. Your expertise in product knowledge and customer service will enhance the experience of our clients as they interact with our offerings.

This position is perfect for those who have a passion for technology and enjoy assisting others. You will play a significant role in solving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction with our products.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via email, phone, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions regarding home entertainment products and systems
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide detailed information about product features, troubleshooting, and setup
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and technologies
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or home entertainment sectors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to customer support and issue resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and technology is a plus
