In this crucial Entry Level role
, you will be the first line of communication for our German-speaking users, providing dedicated support and assistance as they navigate our online marketplace platform. Your expertise will help ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

• Provide customer support in German through email, phone, and chat
• Assist users with inquiries related to account management, product listings, and transactions
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and feedback
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on platform features and best practices

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably within an online marketplace or e-commerce environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-focused approach with a proactive mindset
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and online marketplace dynamics
