Position: Dutch Speaking Customer Support for Ride-Sharing App Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Ride-Sharing App Department! In this important role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking users, providing outstanding support and assistance related to their ride-sharing experiences. Your language skills and customer service expertise will help ensure a smooth journey for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist users with questions about app functionalities, account issues, and ride-related inquiries
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide clear and detailed information about ride-sharing policies and procedures
  • Gather user feedback to aid in the improvement of our services
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with app updates and features
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in customer support, ideally within the tech or mobility sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and applications
