Job Description:
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them where they need counsel. They assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend financial solutions based on each client’s goals. They are also responsible for originating and closing consumer loans, opening accounts, and opening and/or closing the branch.

Responsibilities- Meet face to face with customers and engage them to provide the best possible counsel.
- Assess customers’ banking needs and educate on available deposit and loan products and services.
- Obtain and process customer and account information; recommend financial solutions based on goals.
- Originate and close consumer loans; open accounts; open and/or close branch locations.
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment.

- Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of customer service experience
- One to three years of sales experience
- Preferred Skills/Experience
- Basic knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
- Basic knowledge of all retail products and services
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Effective selling and referral skills
- Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
Client Relationship Consultant 2
- Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to four years of customer service experience
- Three to four years of sales experience
- Preferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
- Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions
- Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Experience assisting less experienced personnel
Client Relationship Consultant 3
- Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four to five years of customer service experience
- Four to five years of sales experience
- Preferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
- Advanced knowledge of all retail products and services
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions
- Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
