We are looking for an energetic and positive Front Counter Assistant to be our Director of First Impressions and the bedrock of our 'WOW' experience. This is not just a reception role; you are a key player who ensures our entire operation runs smoothly, from a customer's first phone call to their final, happy checkout.

A Professional, Team-Oriented Environment:

You will be a vital hub of communication, supporting our Client Advisors and Certified Technicians in our state-of-the-art, air-conditioned facility. Our culture is built on teamwork and mutual respect.

• Be the welcoming voice and face of Walker Automotive, answering phones with an amazing personality and greeting every customer.
• Manage our service schedule, book appointments, and assist with vehicle check-in and check-out.
• Handle customer invoicing and payment processing, ensuring the cash drawer is accurately reconciled.
• Support the service team by ordering, receiving, and returning parts, and managing inventory.
• Assist in keeping the workflow organized and our technicians on task.
• Perform follow-up calls to customers to provide status updates and discuss previously recommended services.

• An energetic, positive, and outgoing personality is an absolute must.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• A strong team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
