Luxury Imports of Bowling Green is seeking a Car Wash person to join our winning team.
SummaryWe are seeking a Car Wash person with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will receive cars to detail and/or wash and this must be done in a time‑efficient manner coupled with the highest level of quality results.
Responsibilities- Wash and/or detail customer and dealer automobiles
- Maintain a clean and operational workstation
- Interact with customers and employees with a high level of customer service skills
- Work cooperatively with the sales team
- Update customer records as needed
- Assist in the dealer exchange of vehicle process
- Participate in customer satisfaction process
- Participate in customer retention process
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
- Able to clear a pre‑employment background check
- Maintains a professional appearance
