We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to answer questions, resolve concerns, and create positive experiences with every interaction.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and can remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. We believe great customer service is about building relationships, showing empathy, and finding solutions that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in company systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with management.
  • Handle challenging situations with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable using computers, customer management systems, and common office software.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
