Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Norwegian‑Speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers on behalf of Microsoft. Based in an Athenian office, you'll be responsible for answering customer enquiries via a mix of telephone, email, and online chats. Full training is provided.
Qualifications & Requirements- Must have a C1/C2 level of Norwegian, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
- Native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
- Must have a valid EU passport.
- Must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate there.
