CSUN seeks a Senior Lead Usher to support events at The Soraya and campus theaters. Under supervision, you may serve as the sole Front-of-House supervisor at PDSPH events and as primary FOH supervisor at Soraya events and receptions.
You will coordinate ticket scanning, seating, patron assistance, and safety protocols while contributing to post-event reports and staff training. This is an on-call temporary role requiring strong customer service and teamwork.
