Hughes & Coleman, LLC is seeking an Intake Specialist to operate 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday. You will be the firm’s first impression, handling phone interviews, gathering information for cases, and supporting excellent client service.
Responsibilities include processing calls, identifying upsell opportunities, scheduling appointments, and entering data into the case management system. Prior call center experience is a plus, with strong Microsoft Office skills required.
