Essential Duties- Welcome residents, families, new employees, and vendors upon entrance
- Act as the point of reference for residents and families who need assistance or information
- Monitor visitor access and immediately report any concerns to the Executive Director
- Ensure first-impression standards for residents and visitors in the entryway and common areas
- Participates in and support the team in meeting resident needs
- Prepare tour folders for prospects and walk-in tours
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
- Answer calls, assess callers' needs, forward calls to the appropriate personnel; assist to ensure customer needs are met appropriately and quickly
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Work independently, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and be a positive leader
- Demonstrate practical interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
- Maintain good working relationships with residents and co-workers
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
