Webster Bank is looking for someone to join our team as the Internal Branch Client Support Associate in Kentucky. You will support the Commercial Sales Teams and Financial Center colleagues by processing Tenant Lease Security & Escrow Sub Account transactions and handling related documentation daily.
You will also ensure requests meet the SLA, provide prompt customer service via email, fax and phone, and work to maintain accurate records while complying with all policies and procedures.
