Norwegian Support Specialist - Greek

We’re looking for Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international delivery and technology project connecting restaurants and customers across Europe.

• Handle incoming calls, chats and tickets from restaurant partners and customers
• Help with orders, refunds, deliveries and platform-related questions
• Provide friendly, professional and empathetic support across different channels
• Follow quality standards and established response guidelines
• Escalate more complex or sensitive cases when needed
• Support the team with additional project tasks when required

• Fluent Norwegian and good English skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused, professional and empathetic
• Comfortable working across phone, chat and email
• Able to follow procedures while thinking independently when needed
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
