Music Teacher

Music & Arts seeks a passionate Music Teacher to provide high-quality private and group lessons in our retail store. In this role, you'll teach students of varying ages and skill levels, develop personalized lesson plans, prepare students for performances and school programs, and support their long-term musical growth. You'll collaborate with store staff to schedule lessons, recommend instruments and accessories, and promote music education within the community.

The ideal candidate is an experienced musician or educator with strong communication skills and a student-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide private and group music lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
• Develop and update individualized lesson plans aligned with student goals
• Prepare students for recitals, performances, and school music programs
• Assess student progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians
• Collaborate with store staff on lesson scheduling and student enrollment
• Recommend appropriate instruments, accessories, and learning materials
• Maintain an organized, safe, and welcoming studio environment
• Promote Music & Arts programs and support community music initiatives
