A HRSG Division Manager is required for a technical management role supporting inspection, diagnostics and reporting across Heat Recovery Steam Generators and auxiliary power generation equipment.
This role is suited to an experienced HRSG or combined-cycle power plant professional who can lead technicians, support clients technically, review inspection results and produce clear maintenance recommendations.
The HRSG Division Manager position will involve extensive travel during Spring and Fall outage seasons, with approximately 150+ travel days per year.

The HRSG Division Manager Role
- Lead, train and support a team of technicians carrying out HRSG inspections and diagnostics.
- Perform and oversee visual inspection and NDE of HRSG pressure parts and auxiliary equipment.
- Provide technical support and consultation to power plant clients.
- Review RFQs, create proposals and submit job recommendations.
- Compile inspection results and produce reports for power plant maintenance teams and engineers.
- Analyse operating data to assess the impact on HRSG components.
- Assist with root cause failure analysis of HRSG components.
- Coordinate with field services management and occasionally support fossil-fuel boiler inspection work as required.
- Experience in gas turbine combined-cycle power plants and HRSG operations.
- HRSG or power utility experience, with 5+ years preferred.
- Understanding of how plant operations impact HRSG condition and performance.
- Knowledge of metallurgy and the impact of steam and water conditions on HRSG components.
- Knowledge of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Codes, Section I and VIII.
- Understanding of valves, instrumentation and their role in HRSG operation.
- Strong analytical ability, mechanical aptitude and PC-based computer skills, including Word and Excel.
