Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support large-scale construction projects in a field-based capacity. This role will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client stakeholders to support electrical installation, startup, commissioning, testing, and project turnover.

This position is ideal for someone with strong electrical systems knowledge who enjoys being onsite and involved in the execution side of construction rather than working in a purely design-focused role.

• Support electrical construction, startup, commissioning, and turnover activities
• Assist with field coordination between the GC, subcontractors, vendors, and client teams
• Support L3-L5 commissioning activities, including functional and integrated systems testing
• Assist with load bank planning, energization, testing, troubleshooting, and closeout
• Review field progress and help identify and resolve electrical issues
• Ensure electrical work is completed safely and in alignment with project requirements
• Participate in project meetings, site walks, inspections, and documentation as needed

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
• Experience in field engineering, construction, commissioning, or electrical project execution
• Medium voltage experience strongly preferred
• Experience with data centers, mission critical, industrial, or large commercial construction projects is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working onsite in an active construction environment
