Entry Level Civil Engineer I – Water Collections Systems

This position will operate out of our Mentor, OH office and plays a pivotal role in supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of water collection systems.

• Assist in the design and development of water collection systems, including pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment facilities.
• Conduct field inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for project submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning and execution.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed.
• Perform data analysis and modeling to support engineering decisions.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in all project activities.
• Conduct field condition assessment, participate in confined space entry, conduct flow monitoring and other field data collection and review.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, hydraulic modeling software).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 80 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
