Office Coordinator; Engineering - AutoCAD

Overview

Office Coordinator (Engineering – AutoCAD) for American Automotive Company. Duration: 12 months with a high chance for extension or direct hire.

Location:

Bowling Green, KY 42101. Pay: $15.50/hr W-2.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 1st shift – 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; days in the office can be flexible and the schedule is not strictly fixed. The role supports flexible in-office scheduling to accommodate student availability.

• Develops and maintains a system for managing office routine.
• Assists in planning, conducting and evaluating projects.
• Monitors programs and projects.
• Maintains frequent contact with individuals outside the work group.
• Maintains technical expertise and procedural knowledge.
• Keeps supervision advised of work in process.
• Assumes operational assignments as a working member of the team.
• Assists in the coordination of special or unusual projects.

• Must be enrolled at Western Kentucky University (WKU) or an accredited university.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week during the school year; capable of up to 32 hours per week during school breaks (Summer, Winter, etc.).
