Growscape is seeking a Process Engineer to improve manufacturing processes and troubleshoot equipment across extrusion, vacuum forming, injection molding, printing and labeling. You will develop SOPs and lead testing, data analysis, and implementation of engineering solutions.
Join a team focused on continuous improvement and safety, leading capital projects, coordinating with vendors, and driving Yield Efficiency (OEE) gains while mentoring others and traveling up to 10% as needed.
