About the RoleLaser Away is seeking a skilled Laser Field Service Engineer to maintain troubleshoot and optimize our laser equipment across a multi location territory Youll be the critical link between our clinical teams and operational excellence ensuring equipment reliability and clinic readiness
What Youll Do- Manage laser maintenance and repairs across 8 clinic locations and 100 medical devices
- Respond promptly to service tickets and on call issues with flexibility for after hours support
- Lead new clinic equipment setup and validation to meet launch deadlines
- Perform preventative maintenance diagnostics and parts inventory management
- Coordinate with third party vendors and troubleshoot complex electricaloptical issues
- Communicate proactively with clinic teams on equipment status and repair timelines
- Create and submit weekly equipment reports
- 4 years of hands on experience in laser biomedical electrical HVAC or similar technical field
- Strong electrical safety knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management problem solving and communication abilities
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs climb 8 ft ladders and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and occasional travel up to 5 days
- Proficiency with email spreadsheets video conferencing and ticketing systems
