We are looking for an Industrial Controlling Specialist to join our Office in Wuppertal. Reporting directly to the Industrial Controlling Manager.
Your responsibilities include:
- Support the Wuppertal Plant Manager on all financial and economic matters
- Participate in monthly reviews and analyses of cost accruals
- Prepare and continuously optimize key efficiency KPIs, including material, efficiency, and other variable costs
- Support cost forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure financial transparency and accuracy
- Lead the quarterly physical Work-in-Progress (WIP) inventory process
- Serve as a business partner for core operational processes, ensuring accurate stock management and timely transaction booking
- Take full ownership of the annual planning process for the plant (ca. €300M in revenue)
- Conduct product cost calculations and perform comparative analyses
Your profile includes:
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling or a comparable qualification (e.g. commercial training & further training in finance or controlling)
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in controlling within an industrial environment
- Strong ability to work independently with a structured and goal-oriented mindset
- Solid technical understanding due to close collaboration with operational departments
- Confident handling of MS Office applications and ERP systems, particularly SAP FI/CO/BW
- High level of flexibility, resilience, and strong commitment
- Proven proficiency in English, both written and spoken
