Your tasks

• You advise within the team with pronounced seniority and high professional expertise a customer portfolio with a focus on the digital, omni-channel supported private customer segment as well as the expansion of the securities business.
• You are responsible for the needs-based consultation and sale of consultation-intensive securities products via digital media and use telephony, video consultation, screen sharing as well as all possibilities of the omni-channel capable workplace professionally and consistently.
• You recognize customer needs with the help of standardized investment and consultation processes and qualify further needs outside your own competence.
• You actively participate in the team, promote the consultation performance of your colleagues and motivatingly pass on your specialist knowledge.
• You support the RBC management team in the training of new female and male employees and take over the training and further education of colleagues in the area of securities if necessary.

Your skills and experience

• You have a banking apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of consulting experience in sales with independent competence in the securities business, you are AnsFuG-eligible and ensure the compliance with all regulatory and qualitative requirements.
• You have in-depth know-how about different risk classes in the securities and investment business.
• You have solid competencies in the area of personal loans, are IDD-certified and reliably ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards in the loan and pension business.
• You have special expertise in digital consultation and the sale of securities and investment products, supplemented by knowledge of the entire private customer product range.
• You convince with a sovereign, friendly appearance in the consultation – also in complex situations, as well as with pronounced sales strength, high customer orientation and very good team and communication skills.
