As a senior or lead data analyst
- integration planning, you'll support mergers and acquisitions, business transformations, and other enterprise initiatives by maintaining key integration planning tools and playbooks. This includes due diligence materials, information request lists (IRLs), target operating models (TOMs), and integration plans of record (IPORs). You'll partner with teams across the Finance organization, including the Financial Reporting, Tax, Actuarial, Investments, Treasury, and Risk Management teams, to assess impacts, identify risks and opportunities, and help develop and implement solutions that drive successful business outcomes.
This is a hybrid role, requiring work from our headquarters in Mayfield Village, OH.
Must-have Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of analytical work experience.
- Or bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 7 years of analytical work experience.
- Or bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of 5 years analytical work experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, business integrations, or transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of Finance functions and processes, including the month-end close process.
- Experience facilitating discussions, influencing decisions, and driving alignment across stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and opportunities
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop practical recommendations independently.
Compensation
- $98,400-$131,200/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 30% of your eligible earnings, based on company performance.
