We’re hiring a Director of Occupational Health, Direct Care & Urgent Care Clinics for a health system expanding its ambulatory and employer-focused services.
This role is designed for a multi-site practice manager or clinic administrator who has successfully run operations and is ready to take the next step into ambulatory service line leadership across three distinct but connected service lines
.
If you enjoy owning performance, leading teams, responsible for the P&L, and turning data into action — this role offers a real platform to do that.
What You’ll Lead- Multi-site operations across Occupational Health, Direct Care, and Urgent Care clinics
- Financial performance, labor optimization, and budget accountability
- KPI development and performance execution across all three service lines
- Leader coaching and development of clinic and site managers
- Operational standardization while supporting market-specific needs
- Process improvement, access, quality, and patient experience
- Collaboration with clinical leaders and employer partners
This role carries end-to-end operational accountability
, not just oversight.
You bring hands-on experience as a multi-site practice manager, clinic administrator, or regional operations leader within:
- Urgent Care
- Primary Care / Direct Care
- Occupational or Employee Health
You have:
- Managed clinic performance using data and KPIs
- Owned budgets and operational results
- Led managers and frontline teams
- Improved workflows, access, and consistency across sites
- Able to wear many hats
You are seeking broader scope, increased responsibility, and exposure to ambulatory service line leadership

This is an active, hands-on leadership role requiring engagement with clinic teams, performance data, and daily operations. Success comes from execution, follow-through, and continuous improvement across multiple sites and service lines.
