We are seeking a compassionate Resident Care Companion / STNA (Days or Afternoons) in Windfall, Ohio.
Responsibilities- Provide attentive personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor and report residents' health status and any changes to the nursing team.
- Assist with activities of daily living to promote comfort and well-being.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
- Build positive relationships, offering emotional support and companionship.
