Position: Cath Lab / Rad Tech
Shift:
- Day Shift – 4x10 hours
- 07:30 AM – 06:00 PM
Shift may change during the interview process
Location Requirement:
- Local candidates accepted within a 65-mile radius
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- First-time travelers accepted, but travel experience preferred
- Impella experience preferred
- Patient Ratios:
- Procedure Room: 1:1
- Prep/Hold Area: 1:3–4
Licensure & Certifications: - ARRT required
- BLS required
- ACLS required
- Kentucky Radiation License required by start date
- Candidates may apply with a pending license
- Vaccination Requirement:
- Flu vaccine required
- No flu exemptions accepted for travelers
Important Compliance Requirement: - This facility has a Hard Document Due Date
- All documents must be submitted by 5:00 PM PST on the Tuesday prior to the start date
- Shift Information:
- Day 4x10-Hour
- 07:30 – 18:00
