Licensed Practical Nurse

This is a part-time on-site Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position based in Ottawa, OH. The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, assisting with daily activities, monitoring residents' health status, and ensuring comfort and safety. Additional responsibilities include working collaboratively with the healthcare team, updating resident care plans, and assisting in therapy sessions as needed. Professionalism, compassion, and excellent communication with residents and their families are integral to this role.

• Valid nursing license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Ohio
• Experience in patient care, including administering medications and managing health needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact empathetically with residents and their families
• Organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail in maintaining accurate health records
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Previous experience in assisted living or elder care is a plus
