Starting Pay Rate Range:
Registered Pharmacy Technician, Pay Grade 5: $16.92 – $19.74, commensurate with experience
Certified Pharmacy Technician, Pay Grade 6: $18.66 – $22.08, commensurate with experience

Summary

The pharmacy technician will aid in the execution of practice and administrative activities as assigned, including but not limited to assistance with Medication Therapy Management ( MTM ), and the administration of vaccines.

Principal Functional Responsibilities

Assist in telehealth and in-person pharmacy services, including but not limited to:

• Coordination, scheduling, and documentation of patient care activities
• Assist in developing patient and health care provider communications
• Assist with the preparation and planning of continuous professional training activities

Manage and expand immunization clinic services.

• Onsite clinics

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacy Technician (successfully completed approved training program)
• Registered pharmacy technician in the State of Ohio with an active status in good standing
• Must have an active CPR license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience assisting MTM services
• Completion of Immunization Certificate Training program

Physical Requirements

Must be able to utilize a phone, computer, and other office equipment.

Must be able to travel between two different University campuses located less than 10 miles apart.
