Position: Recruiter (Onsite)
* Starting Pay $27.65/hour
* Holidays: 10 Company Paid Holidays/year
* Vacation: available after successful completion of 90 days of employment

* Non-Union facility
* Recruit for all hourly manufacturing roles across shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd).
* Source candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, and hiring events.
* Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.
* Clearly communicate job expectations, shift requirements, physical demands, and work environment to candidates.
* Conduct and coordinate plant tours for temporary candidates and direct-hire candidates
* Ensure safety rules, PPE requirements, and job expectations are clearly communicated during tours.
* Reinforce realistic job previews to support informed candidate decision-making and retention
* Partner with Production, Maintenance, Q/A Sanitation, Receiving, and HR to understand current and upcoming staffing needs.
* Support hiring plans based on operational demand, turnover, and workforce planning inputs.
* Adjust recruiting strategies by shift and role to meet plant needs.
* Support off-shift interviews and hiring events as needed.
* Follow all plant safety rules and PPE requirements.
* Reinforce safety expectations during interviews and orientation.
* Maintain awareness of job-related physical demands and medical clearance requirements.
* Support HR team with recruiting-related projects and initiatives.
* Assist with internal hourly movement, referrals, and staffing initiatives as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations.
