We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Cyber Range Training Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of cyber range training engagements to our customers. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, manage the onboarding and preparation process, and ensure a smooth and high‑quality training experience for participants.

This is an ideal role for someone with a strong project management background, exceptional organisational skills, and an understanding of cybersecurity training or technology delivery workflows. You will work closely with technical content engineers, customer stakeholders, and internal support teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding & Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams throughout the training delivery lifecycle.
    • Lead onboarding sessions with clients to gather training goals, participant information, schedules, and expectations.
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with customer stakeholders.
  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for training engagements.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., CR content engineers, IT, support) to ensure readiness of environments and materials.
    • Monitor progress and ensure that all logistics (e.g., user account creation, access provisioning, support documentation) are handled smoothly.
  • Trainee & Platform Preparation:
    • Collect, validate, and manage participant details (names, roles, access levels).
    • Oversee user provisioning on the cyber range platform, including account setup and permissions.
    • Ensure trainees receive all relevant pre‑training communications and guidance.
  • Quality Assurance & Support Coordination:
    • Ensure all training elements are tested and operational before delivery.
    • Coordinate live training support, including escalation paths for technical issues.
    • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders post‑training and initiate improvements where needed.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Track and document all relevant project artifacts, decisions, and issues.
    • Provide summary reports to internal and external stakeholders on project progress and post‑delivery results.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in the cybersecurity, IT training, or enterprise SaaS space.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer‑facing communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple training projects or client accounts in parallel.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, training practices, or platforms is a strong plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification.
  • Experience working with or delivering cyber range or cybersecurity lab training.
  • Familiarity with onboarding and user management workflows in enterprise or SaaS environments.
Benefits
  • Competitive remuneration package adjusted to proven skills and experience;
  • Excellent working conditions;
  • Exposure to training and professional development capabilities, including the ability to engage in cutting‑edge research;
  • Exposure to international clients and collaborators.
