• Owns, maintains, and develops the product backlog for automation initiatives, streamlining implementation validation and insight generation.
• Builds frameworks to monitor post‑installation KPIs and success metrics for effective performance tracking.
• Develops innovative proofs of concept, including AI‑driven solutions, to enhance insight generation and support end‑to‑end payment brand implementations.
• Collaborates with technology, product, finance, and operations teams to enable smooth implementations and rapid issue identification in production.

• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
