TRANSACTION SPECIALIST I
Position Summary
The Transaction Specialist I plays a critical role in ensuring offers move seamlessly from contract to closing. The primary responsibility is to push offers to close on time, document any delays, and maintain proactive communication with all parties involved. This includes issue resolution, inbound and outbound calls, and timely email communication with buyers, agents, and closing partners. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Management- Ensure offers progress to closing per KPI timelines.
- Document delays and communicate updates to all stakeholders promptly.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce or designated systems.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with buyers, agents, lenders, sellers, and closing companies.
- Assist with all buyer communication (calls and emails) for offers under contract.
- Address escalations timely and drive resolution; document actions and outcomes.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to remove blockers and keep transactions on track.
- Support reporting on transaction performance and closing timelines.
- Review transaction data for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation.
Actual compensation offered will be determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
