We are migrating to Office 365 and Teams environment for, happening all over the world but I am responsible for NA. We are looking for a consultant to come in that has basic project management and is very thorough in tracking all of the request coming in. Migrating over 8,000 users in total, and targeting to move 200 per week. We have a global team that this person will coordinate with and see which users are migrating weekly.
Work to determine which 200 would be migrating per week. Submitting and tracking on a draft board. Great documentation and tracking mostly.
* Plus would be experience using the Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
- Coordinate with the global team to migrate users to Office 365 and Teams, targeting approximately 200 users per week (total ~8,000).
- Track incoming requests and maintain documentation and a draft board for migration progress.
- Provide basic project management support and ensure thorough tracking of requests.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Suite; strong documentation and tracking skills.
- Experience with 365, documentation, tracking devices, and spreadsheets; basic Excel skills; ability to draft templates for company-wide use.
- Excellent communication and end-user documentation; collect end-user feedback and coordinate with global support partners; professional interaction with IT leaders across the globe.
- 5+ years of industry experience preferred; 3+ years acceptable if candidate has the required skills.
