Description:

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant
, you must have at least 10+ years of experience. 10+ years Oracle HCM Cloud expertise.

• Responsible for technology, business process, and operational design for Talent succession within Oracle HCM Cloud
• Partner with client to complete a design review of current Talent setup and roll out plan for Talent succession within Oracle HCM cloud.
• Provides options and recommendations based on leading practice
• Facilitates clear communication, alignment, and integration within and across teams
• Participates in key meetings, drive issues/ risks/ decisions to closure
• Provides status details to Project manager

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience:

Minimum 10+ years of experience
