Senior UI​/UX Designer & Front-End Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer to lead the design and development of modern, intuitive, and user-centered applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience collaborating with business users, project managers, and development teams to create engaging user experiences, develop interactive prototypes, and deliver scalable front-end solutions within an Agile environment.

• Gather and analyze UI/UX requirements through collaboration with stakeholders, business users, and engineering teams.
• Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, user journeys, and intuitive user interfaces.
• Drive user-centered design initiatives from discovery and research through implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to define design solutions.
• Create and maintain reusable Design System libraries and UI standards.
• Facilitate seamless handoff of designs and specifications to development teams.
• Ensure UI/UX solutions comply with accessibility, usability, and security best practices.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate front-end components with enterprise applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and design reviews.
• Lead design initiatives and manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
• Drive continuous improvement of product usability and user experience.

• 8 years of verifiable experience translating user interface requirements into graphical application interfaces.
• 8 years of experience designing intuitive user interfaces, navigation structures, and site architecture.
• 8 years of experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• 8 years of experience with HTML, Bootstrap, Fluent UI, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 5 years of experience using Figma and other design tools.
• 5 years of experience designing and delivering products as part of a cross-functional team.
• 5 years of experience with ASP.NET C# development.
• Demonstrated experience implementing secure UI design and coding practices within ASP.NET MVC applications.
• Experience creating reusable design systems and component libraries.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

• UI/UX Certification is highly desired.
• Portfolio presentation is required during the interview process.
• Candidates must demonstrate technical and functional expertise during interviews.
• Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, negotiation, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment is essential.
