IT Senior Manager - Back Office - Valvoline Global Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of back‑office applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across the organization.
• Lead initiatives to automate manual processes, reduce cycle times, and improve data quality using workflow and robotic process automation tools.
• Drive cloud migration and integration projects, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to adopt scalable, cost‑effective solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate new technologies to keep the application stack modern and aligned with business needs.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on technology roadmaps, risk mitigation, and compliance with industry regulations.

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations or application management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise application modernization, cloud migration, and process automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data integration techniques.
• Excellent project management skills, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Effective communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
