Vertiv in the United States is seeking a Senior Analyst, Training Enablement to ensure knowledge assets across the Triage function are accurate, accessible, and consistent. You will support training, process adoption, and ticket deflection initiatives, reporting to Manager, Process Enablement.
You will manage knowledge management and training across Oracle EBS modules, maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials, and coordinate onboarding and refresh sessions for staff.
