Role Overview
The Application Development & Support Specialist drives value creation and regional business outcomes by evolving ERP product capabilities through targeted enhancements and projects while supporting Product Owners in achieving global convergence. The Specialist acts as a key enabler of ERP product evolution across the organization, positioned at the intersection of strong business proximity and high standardization.
What You Will DoDesign and deliver ERP enhancements and process improvements, translate business requirements into scalable, standardized ERP solutions, and ensure enhancements align with regional and global business strategies.

Requirements- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, support, or product management
- Demonstrated experience driving ERP enhancements and process standardization across multiple regions
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience in Oracle E-Business Suite
- Proficiency in Service Now, including ticket management, workflows, and knowledge base management
- Experience using SharePoint for documentation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
- Understanding of ERP convergence methodologies and global template design
