Program Manager III – Corporate Technology Office

• Lead large-scale, enterprise technology initiatives supporting infrastructure
• Lead and coordinate technology work streams for mergers, acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, and organizational transformations
• Define program objectives, scope, timelines, and success metrics with senior technology leaders and stakeholders
• Manage integration timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Drive program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and executive-level reporting
• Coordinate technology teams to manage dependencies, deliverables, and milestones
• Facilitate program ceremonies, status meetings, steering committee updates, and executive communications
• Monitor performance, identify risks and roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain project plans, dashboards, and reporting using project management tools
• Ensure alignment with technology standards, operational requirements, and organizational priorities
• Lead cross-functional program/project teams supporting corporate strategy
• Manage detailed planning stages and influence project decisions to achieve program goals
• Oversee and report on program budgets
• Evaluate program implementation and effectiveness and recommend enhancements
• Mentor other program managers
• Partner with service leadership to ensure seamless delivery across multiple distribution channels
• Assess and manage risks in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework

• Program management experience supporting technology initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs in a large enterprise environment
• Experience supporting enterprise technology infrastructure, platform modernization, or technology delivery organizations
• Demonstrated experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale organizational transformation programs
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), release management, and technology deployment processes
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with senior leaders and communicate program status, risks, and recommendations
• Leadership, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile environments, including Agile delivery methodologies and practices
• Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• University/college degree typically required;
  Education section specifies Bachelors
• Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience
• Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
