Purchasing Coordinator

Position Summary

The Purchasing & Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted material flow to support manufacturing operations. This role plans, procures, expedites, and coordinates materials required for production while proactively identifying and resolving shortages before they impact output.

• 90–95%+ material availability
• High purchase order accuracy and timeliness
• Minimal production downtime due to shortages

Education & Experience

• High school diploma required
• 1–3 years relevant experience preferred

Technical Knowledge

• ERP/MRP systems
• Microsoft Office

Work Environment

• Office and production floor
• Moderate noise exposure
