• Assist the Plant Operations Director in maintaining facility operations and ensuring equipment, utilities, and property grounds are in good working order.
• Operate equipment including lawn mower, weed eater, blower, edger, pressure washer, chainsaw, and other maintenance tools.
• Maintain facility grounds in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Support the Plant Operations Staff in creating a safe and well‑functioning environment for residents, stakeholders, and staff.

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience operating maintenance equipment and tools.

Up to USD $17.40/hr.
