Your Mission:
Make the Magic Happen

As General Manager, you’ll be the engine behind your store’s success. From crushing goals to creating a fun, high-energy environment, you’ll lead the pack with pride. You’ll also support hiring, onboarding, and training for other locations, playing a vital role in our fast-growing family.

Set the gold standard for customer service, quality, and cleanliness.

Continuously train your team on products, services, promotions, and best practices.

Master our POS system, wash equipment, and service processes like a pro.

Partner with HR and the Operations Team to hire, train, and evaluate rockstar Supervisors, Sales Reps, and Crew Members.

- Solve Challenges:
Handle customer or employee issues with professionalism and a smile.

Manage inventory, equipment repairs, and general store operations.
