This position, reporting to the Dean of the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences, is responsible for the overall strategic planning and operational management for staff, programs, expansion, and execution of the mission of the Suzanne Vitale Clinical Education Complex. Responsibilities include leadership and management, revenue generation, fundraising, development of community partnerships, strategic planning and development of new programs and initiatives.
PrimaryDuties and Responsibilities
The following duties are customary for this position but are not to be construed as all-inclusive. Duties may be added, deleted and assigned based on management discretion and institutional needs. Due to the nature of the CEC's activities, your responsibilities in these areas will continue throughout the academic year and summer months and may require occasional availability during university breaks.
- Ensure programmatic excellence, program evaluation, fiscal responsibility for the CEC and its activities.
- Advances the mission of the CEC, to include expanding its base of clinical services and external funding support.
- Represents CEC to internal and external stakeholders and partners.
- Collaborates with academic units to enhance the range and quality of teaching, research and service opportunities available through the CEC.
- Maintains/enhances the engagement and partnership with community that characterized the CEC.
- Works with CEC Advisory Board and Dean in planning and implementing priorities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Doctoral Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in advancing evidence-based practice, supervision of programmatic staff working on interdisciplinary projects, capacity for sound fiscal management and ability to articulate and implement a strategic agenda in support of the community needs.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $118,000
